YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to request a copy of your personal data, to rectify inaccurate or incomplete data, and to request its deletion when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

You also have the right to restrict processing of your data and to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.

You may object to the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances, particularly if we are not required to process it for contractual or legal reasons, or if it is used for direct marketing purposes.

If you have given your consent, you may withdraw it at any time. From that point, we will stop processing your data, or at least stop using it for the specific purpose for which consent was given. Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out while the consent was in place.

Please note that some rights may be limited — for example, if fulfilling your request would involve disclosing information about another person, or if we are required to retain certain data due to legal obligations or legitimate interests, such as defending against claims, or where freedom of expression and information must prevail.

You can contact us using the details provided in the “Data Controller” section, and must include a copy of an identification document (such as a national ID card or passport).

You also have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produces legal effects or significantly affects you.

If you believe your rights have been infringed — for example, if we have not responded to your request — you have the right to lodge a complaint with your national Data Protection Authority, or with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if you reside in Spain.
